Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 14, 2026 · Last Updated: May 14, 2026
Valcour LLC (“Valcour,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to valcour.com and any services, applications, or integrations we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at contact@valcour.co.
1. Who We Are
Valcour is a B2B SaaS strategic intelligence platform that helps a small, selected portfolio of client companies — typically venture- and private-equity-backed B2B SaaS businesses — improve their go-to-market performance. We combine strategic advisory work with a proprietary autonomous intelligence platform that observes a client's marketing, sales, and customer data and surfaces recommendations.
We are a U.S.-based limited liability company. Our business address is listed in Section 11.
2. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information.
A. Information you give us directly
When you visit valcour.com, request an introduction, apply to work with us, or correspond with us, we may collect:
- Name, business email, company name, role, and phone number
- Information you provide in a contact form, application, or email
- Information you provide during an introductory call (which may be recorded with consent for note-taking)
B. Information we collect automatically when you visit valcour.com
When you visit our website, we automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent on pages
- Interactions with the site (clicks, scroll depth, form submissions)
We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- Google Analytics 4 — for aggregated website analytics
- Google Ads conversion tracking — to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Other standard web technologies — for security, performance, and functionality
You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
C. Information we process on behalf of our clients
When a company becomes a Valcour client and authorizes us to do so, we connect — through standard OAuth flows — to systems they already operate, such as their CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, meeting intelligence tools, and similar platforms. Through those connections we process operational business data (for example, pipeline data, marketing campaign performance, and meeting summaries) on behalf of the client and at the client's direction.
For this data, the client is the data controller and Valcour is the processor. This information is governed by our written agreement with that client, not by this Privacy Policy. We never sell this information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- To respond to inquiries, applications, and referrals
- To deliver our contracted services to clients
- To measure the effectiveness of our own marketing and improve our website
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Google Ads and Google API Services
If we use the Google Ads API to support our clients' advertising operations, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access client Google Ads data only with the client's explicit OAuth authorization, only to provide the agreed services to that client, and we do not transfer this data except as necessary to provide those services, comply with applicable law, or as the client directs.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who provide infrastructure (hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications) under contract and are permitted to use information only to provide services to us. Representative providers include Vercel, Supabase, Clerk, Inngest, Nango, Google, and Anthropic.
- Client direction. For data we process on behalf of a client, we share information as the client directs in our written agreement.
- Legal and safety. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Valcour, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. For client operational data, retention is governed by our agreement with the client; on engagement exit, client-identifiable data is purged from our active systems within ninety (90) days, subject to legal-hold requirements.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@valcour.co. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
You can also:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message
- Adjust cookie settings in your browser
- Opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and managed credential vaults. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
Valcour operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@valcour.co.
